The audiophile-grade network switch, SOtM sNH-10G, is now available.
- The sNH-10G can prove what the ultimate sound should be in your network system.
- How many audiophiles would have been satisfied with sound in their system? Especially with a network audio system, you may know from your own experience that it’s not easy to overcome and resolve all variation from the network circumstances.
Key features
- The sNH-10G is designed for the high-end network audio system. It consists of
- 8 x RJ-45 ports

Whoever makes this should be ashamed, and whoever buys this should be embarrassed. Unless
1) Your network switch is somehow coupling noise to your analog signal
OR
2) Your bandwidth is so terrible that your streaming service is switching to a lower bit rate
your network switch has bugger all to do with sound quality. Certainly you can’t claim it has anything to do with “Soundstage”.
If 1) is a problem, figure out your audio circuit and filter or isolate your noise source.
If 2) is a problem, figure out where the bandwidth bottleneck is and deal with it like a normie – check your ISP, modem, router, switches, DNS, etc
Agree completely, here’s a low cost alternative that should work just fine.

Quoth Hashmael: >Whoever makes this should be ashamed, and whoever buys this should be embarrassed.
That should pretty much be the motto of this site.
Why are you on this site then?
Exactly.
I wouldn’t mind a quality ethernet switch with a linear power supply. But, the price for this one is just too much.
Folks interested in this switch may want to wait on the sidelines until Uptone Audio releases its switch, the EtherRegen, currently targeted for release early next year. I am fairly confident it will be cheaper than the Sotm switch based on comments from Uptone.

This product is incredible. It has changed the laws of Physics. Wow !
How much is this device in the UK?
I’ve one that I kept after one week testing. The difference it makes is surprising. At first I thought something was wrong. I was used to the agressivity of the sound may be. Now my system is just more musical. Live music is rendered with room acoustic like never before.
I hope you will compare it to some competitors like http://www.myhifishop.de/Devices/AQ-SWITCH-Video-Audiophile-Network-Switch-8x-Giga::75.html?language=en
This last is less than half the price and recommand not to any fancy power supply.
I have this highend audio switch for two months now. It is much better than the other two Buffalo switches I used before.
SOtM is smooth and detailed. The sound is very analog. I know it is expensive but nothing is cheap in highend audio. I recommend you keep an open mind and listen to one before making negative comments.
I currently have Antipodes EX & CX solution which i am delighted with ,i was wondering if the SOtM sNH-10G Switch would improve sound even further
