Chord Company Wins Big – What Hi-Fi? Awards 2019

8th October 2019, Wiltshire, UK: Proven to be the UK’s leading cable manufacturer for yet another successive year, Chord Company has won an incredible three out of four honours in the world’s biggest audio accolades, the What Hi-Fi? Awards 2019.

Celebrated for actively implementing a number of proprietary technologies into its class-leading cable ranges, including the acclaimed ARAY, Tuned ARAY and Super ARAY conductor tech, plus advanced insulation materials, uniquely including Taylon and recently launched XLPE concept, the Wiltshire specialist has scooped a staggering 75 per cent of the available cable awards.

Chord Company not only won Best Speaker Cable over £15 p/m for the recently launched XLPE-equipped RumourX, but won both interconnect awards, earning Best Analogue Interconnect under £50 for C-line and Best Analogue Interconnect over £50 for Clearway.

The company’s dominance of the most prestigious awards in the hi-fi industry has been solidified by successive victories for its entry-level cables with C-line winning Best Analogue Interconnect under £50 for an astonishing five years in a row, plus Clearway winning Best Analogue Interconnect over £50 for three consecutive years.

Based just outside historic Stonehenge, the company has been lovingly hand-building its class-leading cables in the UK for more than three decades, winning more What Hi-Fi? Awards in recent years than any other cable manufacturer and cementing its reputation for designing and creating the UK’s best A/V cables.

Its award-winning cable ranges are available to demonstrate both in Chord Company dealerships and at home (subject to arrangement) with the company’s online Dealer Locator tool making it easy.
