Mark Sossa of Well Pleased AV goes over the design changes to the original Maarga loudspeakers. Not only is the V2 a huge step up aesthetically (that gunmetal is way too sexy) – it was sonically superior to the V1s I heard in the past.
In fact, it was one of my favorite rooms at AXPONA 2019. Recordings have their limitations but I was surprised at how well it captured some of the essences of this speaker – especially in the way of spatial clarity. You can’t deny – it sounds pretty damn good.
A lot of work goes into amazing trade shows. At Audio Bacon, we’re striving to set the standard for video coverage at these shows. Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel!
