  • Good morning. My name is James from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I just purchased a Melco N10 and have downloaded the app. I am finding this application very difficult to use. The is a Melco Users Guide but I find that document to be very superficial and basically USELESS.

I am having difficulty in saving and recovering Playlists. I think I have created one, but when I look for the Playlist, it is gone. In other cases I find a Playlist, select the Playlist, but there is either nothing inside, or the app displays nothing.

I am finding that using this app is very frustrating. Either it is not very powerful or I do not know how to navigate around the app. I keep coming back to the same place in a few clicks.

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

    Regards,

    James
