Music moves all of us in different ways. I’m a huge fan of Immortal Technique, a hip-hop activist who focuses on politics, socialism, class struggle, government, and institutional racism. Over 15 years ago, I heard this track and it left an image I will never forget. Til this day, it remains the most disturbing recording I’ve ever heard in music. However, there’s a dark but striking beauty to his storytelling in Dance with the Devil.
